Stuart C. Irby Company, Vallen Distribution, Inc., Viking Electric Supply, Inc., and World Electric
Supply Inc. (collectively, “Company”), is a leader in business-to business
distribution of electrical, industrial and safety products and related
solutions (“Products and Services”). The purpose of this privacy policy
(“Policy”) is to let you know how we handle the information collected through
the use of the websites located at SoneparUSA.com, capitalelectricsupply.com,

applies solely to the information that we collect through the Website. As
Company provides its Products and Services to businesses, not individual
consumers, the Website is intended only for businesses and their representatives.

An Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is a number that automatically

address enables our server to send you the web pages that you want to visit,
and it may disclose the server owned by your Internet Service Provider. Company
may use IP addresses to conduct Website analyses and performance reviews and to
administer the Website.

Response to “Do Not Track” Signals
Some Internet browsers include the ability to transmit
“Do Not Track” signals. Since uniform
standards for “Do Not Track” signals have not yet been adopted, Company does
not process or respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

Under Age 13. Company understands the importance
of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive online world. This website is not designed for, or
intentionally targeted at, children under 13 years of age. It is not our policy to intentionally collect
or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13. No one under the age of 13 should submit any

Under Age 18. Minors under 18 years of age may
